Room Reservation

CCIT conference room are managed by "AssureSpace meeting room manage" software

Following is information and procedures to request a conference room. 

ALL REQUESTS WILL NEED TO BE APPROVED BY CCIT STAFF IN ORDER TO BE OFFICIAL.

Restrictions:

  • Recurring reservations up to three months.
  • If possible try to avoid booking multiple conference rooms for the same day and time
  • If rooms are not in use within 15 minutes of reservation, reservation will be cancelled unless notified.
  • Exit room by reserved time and make sure room is cleaned and equipment is returned to appropriate area.

Information that will need to be completed on request:

  • Date
  • Start and End Time
  • Resource:  Room Number
  • Meeting Title: Tenant Name
  • Host: Person room is booked for
  • Booked by: email of person booking room
  • Number Attending

Make sure you request equipment needed under "equipment" tab and room set up under "set up". (set up applies only to multipurpose room for theatre or conference room style)

Each company has the capability to change their OWN Company's request but CCIT personnel can only delete any cancel appointments.

JUST REMBER THAT YOUR ROOM IS NOT BOOKED UNLESS YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL BACK………………
